Flexible Care
As well as our short term respite care and longer term live in care Staffing Plus also offer flexible care. Flexible home care can offer you support at specific times of the day or night and can range from thirty minutes to a full day or night support.
We will work with you and provide you with the support that meets your needs, wishes and choices. Sometimes this may be supplying a little support with household tasks to providing a bit more care such as having some help with toileting or personal care.
Our team have experience in caring for people with physical and mental health needs and we would be happy to meet with you and answer any of your questions.
Flexible Care includes assistance with:
- Bathing , toileting, washing, showering and dressing
- Mobility and transfers
- Meal planning and food preparation
- Shopping and errands
- Light housekeeping
- Assistance with medications.
- Accompanying you to appointments or social events
At times the care support may involve more complex care needs where our trained staff will work alongside other health care professionals. Whatever your requirements our team can discuss these with you and find the right support to make life more comfortable.
Staffing Plus will work with you at all times to ensure you have an individualised support plan tailored to your requirements. A support plan is a living plan of care and support and is therefore adaptable to your changing needs and wishes. You decide on what support you need and when you would want that. Likewise, if or when your needs change we will adapt with you to meet those changing needs.
