Everyone at Staffing Plus have been fantastic - helping me to navigate this new chapter in my mother’s life. The carers have been reliable, professional and very empathetic; my requests for help have been met in a timely manner and the service has been really personal and bespoke. Dinah and her team at Staffing Plus cared for my uncle as he was suffering from terminal cancer. My uncle did not want to move to a care home, so Dinah arranged an excellent care package for him at his own bungalow. Dinah and the care staff looked after him 24 hours a day working closely with the palliative care team. We found the staff very caring and compassionate and they treated my uncle with such respect and dignity during his last days. We are very grateful to Dinah and the Staffing Plus team and cannot thank them enough.

My Dad had decided to trial a residential care home to see if this would meet his needs as he was missing social interaction being at home so much. When this was being planned staffing Plus were very helpful and made sure that the care was on standby for 2 weeks to ensure Dad had made a definite decision. We had no hidden costs or prolonged contracts to deal with and everything was done in consideration of my Dad and his best interests.

I initially contacted Staffing Plus a few years ago to find out about flexi care for my elderly father. The care team were very responsive and offered to come out to meet my father and I the following day. We were introduced to a carer who was able to provide all Dad’s care and household needs. Over the last few years my Dad has deteriorated, both mentally and physically, but his carers have adapted to these changes and have been able to meet his increased care needs. The quality care my father receives means he is able to enjoy his latter years in the comfort of his own home.

I feel truly blessed to have found Dinah and her super team at Staffing Plus.  Living four hours away from my elderly Mum is challenging, however Dinah has been able to take some of the anxiety and worry away because I know Mum is now being well looked after and is in very good hands.
