Following my career in business and healthcare management I was able to take my experience into setting up Staffing Plus Ltd in 2015. We initially provided supported living services in the West Midlands and the supply of health care staff to the private sector and NHS Wales. We have now expanded our services to include the provision of flexible, respite, live in, nursing and companionship care within a client’s home setting. I am fortunate to have been able to combine my drive for quality healthcare with my business background in my vision for the direction of the company.
